Do I budget for the amounts I have put on the Future Spending tab?

Yes!  The "Future Spending" (Total Needs + Wants) box shows you how much you would need to save monthly to cover all Future expenses in the table that you entered. 

If you cannot save that amount monthly, focus on saving up the amount required for Needs only.
