Do I need to track every single day or can I do it once a week?

Do what works for you in order to turn tracking into a consistent and sustainable habit. You can sit down and track for 10 minutes or so at then end of each day, sit down twice a week to track 3-4 days at a time, or do it once a week for the previous 7 days.

We have found that once or twice per week tends to be the most efficient and most sustainable. Waiting until the end of the month and backtracking an entire month in one sitting is time consuming and overwhelming. If you can sit down every 3-4 days, or once a week, you'll keep the overwhelm to a minimum while maximizing the use of your time.
