How do I cancel or reschedule my meeting?

(for one-on-one appointments, accountability or coaching calls)

We understand that life happens and sometimes you may need to miss an appointment. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice before canceling or rescheduling to respect our team’s time and the other members of the program.

If you can’t make your meeting, we’d love for you to reschedule instead of canceling, if possible. Follow the instructions in this video to reschedule or cancel your call.
