How do I track yearly expenses that won't fall into my four weeks of tracking?

When you learn budgeting in Step 6: Design, we teach you part of our budgeting system called "Future Spending." In that Lesson, you'll make a list of those yearly expenses, and we'll calculate how much you need to save each month between now and when the expense is due. You'll start budgeting a little bit each month to save up for those expenses. This is one of the things that really helps create consistency in a budget.

Alternatively, you can also document yearly expenses on the tab called "Periodic Expense Planner".  We talk more about this in Step 3: Ground, Lesson 3.10 titled Review Your Tracking.
