I have a hard time getting myself to do track my expenses, what is your advice?

For anyone who is facing resistance to tracking, know it's very common and you are not alone. The first piece of advice is to just get started. The next thing you pay for, just write it down. One thing that might make this easier is to find a way that works for you. Is it having the Google Sheet on your phone so it's easily accessible when you're out in the world buying things? Or do you want to have a piece of paper in your wallet that you use to write down the item and cost? You could do that. Then during your Weekly Money Ritual, you put it all into the tracker.

Try to find something that actually feels good to you. If you hate using Google Sheets on your phone, don't. Do something which will help you not have a lot of resistance to the actual act of tracking. But at the end of the day or the week, it just needs done. Even the biggest spreadsheet nerds among us are not going to love it 100% of the time. Your finances don't go away just because you don't feel like looking at them. But you will be proud of yourself for doing it anyway. And that is what creates progress.

Then finally, remember this doesn't have to be perfect. Even just starting - getting this directionally right - will help you move forward in the program. So just start. Often, the more resistance you feel, the more fruit there is for you in the exercise.
